    NLXR rights price is 4.3c
    NLXRA rights price is 4.6c

    this is my belief but check all the above carefully before acting.

    the convertible notes are an attractive security but will be very illiquid. NLX holders are getting screwed. There will be 3bn securities on issue after all over (pre-consolidation).
