If it's costing them at least $50M USD per year for C&M, then I would pull my loses but not if it's only a measly $6-8M USD per year, PoN would have to recover at some stage, it can't stay at $4.5-5US/lb for 2 consecutive year. The market reported last year that 60% of nickel producers are making a loss when PoN was at $5-5.5US/lb.......
Yes, they, the market and us didn't expect PoN to crashed and stay at $4-4.5US/lb for the entire year but if I was them and the C&M only cost a measly $10M USD per year, I would leave it for at least another 2 years, you would think PoN would recover to $8US/lb+ by then.......
And don't forgot, 1 of the 7 creditors, Guggenheim, supposedly had a $30M USD additional funding on the table.
