Just to make it really clear, if the SP hasn't reached the level the options were set, they can't be exercised.
They're worthless and can't be included in the total amount.
But they have been in that graph. Which is misleading.
Take a good, long, hard look at this and tell me this is commensurate with performance transparency in chat and that you think things don't need to change.
