    IMO MD salary of ~$381k+super is too high for an under performing exploration company. Does not create the environment to drive share price performance. Especially when MD is NED on another ASX company at $72k+super.

    Performance options are worthless if there is not the incentive to drive performance.

    End of the day its up to the shareholders to vote on remuneration.
