Some food for thought over the weekend

So for those that still believe we shareholders are getting the management we deserve...

- The chart below shows AZS' shareprice performance between 2008 - 2018
- Over a 10 year period, the shareprice clearly trends down (losing nearly 90% of value), yet MD salary is trending up, i.e. From roughly 300k per annum to well in excess of 500k, noting that a portion of MD salary is in shares/options.

Take a good, long, hard look at this and tell me this is commensurate with performance and that you think things don't need to change.
