The initial ipo was a very much sought after event and people who applied were heavily scaled back or told to jog on.

I think it initially listed in  jan 18  and settled in the mid to high 30's, because it was a very good story, but the general market malaise had helped to push the price to as low as 12-13 cents... sadly i wasnt smart enough to load up at those levels , but there will have been some that were.  

Now that things have caught on, I would expect any cap raises to be filled with ease,  and unless you are mates of the parties doing the cap raise you will most likely have to buy on market
