Good point, they can most likely place to "sophisticated investors " and it's a non event.
BGL did that a couple times sub 20 cents.
I'd rather be in than not.
Here's to more excellent and exciting drill results in the interim and may the bigger picture evolve into something unexpectedly huge in terms of resource size and grade.
