Action creates a catalyst for share price movement. Inaction creates inertia. The company needs to give holders and non-holders a reason to buy...

They would be better off to get on with it whilst industry costs are still low - hopefully the share price kicks on, and then when required draw upon their line of credit/share issue, which then may be at a higher price (and hence create less dilution).

Fortunately for holders, the gold mining will be run by another party. :) The cash should arrive by itself.

I would hope to hear an update on the gold mining JV soon.
