Clearly, TMX's lack of exploration progress has been a source of much criticism on here. Probably well founded.
(Having said that, to explore you need cash, and with the GFC, cash was a hard commodity to come by for Juniors like TMX.)
But now that TMX has a line of credit, and a JV deal which will see some of their gold resources mined by others at no capital cost to TMX for a share of the profits, it hopefully is full steam ahead.
So, they are doing a large geophysical survey of Aztec Dome. It is only 12km from Kambalda, and shares similar geology.
Early stages as yet, but hopefully it should yield some highly prospective drill targets. This region has some huge nickel resources.
Hopefully TMX, now that they are well funded, will find another one.
