Not really what I'd call "Action", it represents 1% of the stock.
It's amazing what impact small volume trades can have on the value of a stock in arriving at where we are today! Anyhow obviously someone wants to buy in at a good price and someone is happy to vacate their seat. Nobody makes money following the market.
