Couple of things that you should point out in the interests of balance:

- this is not a nickel mine which is usually low target ore grade and requires refinement prior to export - Wagina is a DSO project

- they had their prospective licence revoked - Wagina already has a Mine Licence

- Temotu is about as far east as you can get whilst still being in SI and Wagina is far west - a bit like WA and Tassie

Don't get me wrong there is risk there.  We need to engage with the locals, explain the benefits, explain our mining technique and the environmental approach.

So to answer the question Why Would You?  There are 30 million tonnes of reasons why you would look at it
