Unfortunately, the way DGR has been structured, the last thing that the BOD has given any consideration to is the actual shareholders. It has been structured to allow the directors to pay themselves huge salaries and allocate bonuses from multiple sources. Our CEO is earning over $1.15 million per year with his various directorships (@ $20,000 PER WEEK)and has steadily built up a massive stake in all the companies. Using the money put in by investors/shareholders and, recently profits from the sale of a company that actually returned some profit, they have bolstered their own holdings. Yes, we received a minor dividend (the first ever) but the bulk was used to put into these other companies, resulting in more pay & bonuses to directors. And they still wanting to do it..... more directorships for them. I have been a holder for well over 10 years and the only ones who have ever gained any profit from being involved in this company has been the directors, etc.

Should SOL get taken over be assured that it will be the Directors that will make the lions share of any profit made. If you are earning $100,000's (multiples) plus out of pocket expenses, etc., etc., and can make decisions that delay and confound, whilst still earning the same amount, why wouldn't you continue with this strategy. Some of these fellows have put themselves into positions to profit in the tens of millions. Look at their holdings, while the majority of long term shareholders will be lucky to recoup their initial investment.
