is the discount due to the perception of how quickly it could be liquidated, which adds an extra layer of risk on top of the underlying business? or maybe, that the control premium is added due to the holder of DGR not being able to exercise their option to sell at the full asset backing due to that decision being in managements hands
if SolG was really flush with cash, they could just about justify buying out DGR which would be accretive to their share price
