I forgot to mention for new readers that DGR Global owns 12.47% of Solgold [listed on London AIM, UK]. Link: www.dgrglobal.com.au-overview
I assume this is the correct figure as I am not familar with the latest as I am a holder in the sub.
Therefore, in any decision making, it is not my understanding that shareholders of DGR Global will vote on takeover even if that were to take place of Solgold*s share of ENSA [85%] who holds the Cascabel licence.
My reasoning and I stand to be corrected that a 12.47% share in a sub ie Solgold will not require the DGR Global shareholders to vote.
So the Solgold topic is merely for discussion since DGR Global holds many subs.
There are many other possibilities but that will be some time in the future for the board of Solg to decide upon as on hand is the drilling program on Cascabel, Ecuador.
