The consensus of opinion via Ganz & Waiken on this thread on 17 Nov 2016 is the closest one can get to the Oyu Tolgoi model of valuation via potential M & A type actual figures. As pointed out, Oyu Tolgoi was never fully taken out and hence the takeover premium is absent and so it is only an akin like example. So $3 billion to acquire the 41>51% stake would be the platform without takeover premium.

It is also correct to say and agreed that if one looks at the Oyu Tolgoi figures, Cascabel may turn out bigger from Solgold*s own figures stating that Alpala-Moran is over 10 billion tonnes of mineralised rock and now changed to 10 billion tonnes of ore. I need to provide no links as I have provided them in this link.

I get no benefit in posting on Hotcopper personally but I think a fellow Australian wanted posters here to follow the Solgold story more closely via someone on London listed AIM. For that I am pleased that some have benefitted from a greater discussion with research and information. For those who have come from certain backgrounds, they can share so that there is such a thing as EQUALISATION. If I were to ring around say with some of the names investing in Solgold, I do not think, even as investors in their hedge fund, the owners will be prepared to share figures. For that reason, it is well known that London AIM is under-researched and for those armed with information and research, they have a better position than other who do not have the figures. Infomration is hard to come by and proven if checked via all forums covering this story. Hence, it is CO-OPERATION rather than taking issue should be the order of the day.

Even now, on the London forum [except one], no one is aware of these figures as mining is more keenly followed in Australian and Canada. It is good that the figures are not an issue where it has been posted in London.

When I was on the forums, I found no one would share about good stocks. Even when stock names are mentioned, it is not in great detail to be able to weed out that it passes all the checks. Hence why someone on HotCopper mentioned MetMinco, a copper stock and that he lost on it. It is always and always inadequate research information and a whole host of variables that one needs to know.

As said, London forum says to put on "ignore" button so I cannot see the post and no answer from me relating to those posts. Please excuse typo errors as I have eye strain-research takes many hrs etc.
