Thanks for the recent posts Sol1
There is no doubt SOLG and Cornerstone are in play. I see a full bid for SOLG as the most likely outcome.
Cornerstone has already received an informal offer from SOLG but could go into other hands.
We may see Cascabel sold or go into a JV where SOLG retains between 5% to 50%.
DGR holders must remain patient until the end game is revealed. NM will have a primary game plan in his mind. He will also have a good idea of the other most likely outcomes to occur during 2019.
This transaction is transformational for DGR as I have already stated. My predicted minimum offer that NM would accept for DGRs holding is 200M * 1 pound *1.88 = AUD376Mill.
A JV for Cascabel does not release immediate cash but if a major offered AUD 2Billion for say 60% of Cascabel then SOLG has enough funding to get the project to an advanced stage preventing further dilution
and allowing SOLG to unlock the vast riches of the other 72 concessions. This would drive Solgolds price well above one pound and DGR can sell shares into a rising price over several years transforming DGR.
Ironridge is looking better and better. I recall Vince M saying it could become a mining investment house. With its blue chip shareholders it is looking more likely. The poster Toro has listed the staggering number of concessions they possess. They may become another DGR over time with so much to be spun out into subs.
