Mr McKay was the Former Chief Executive of Cornerstone Resources and Co-Founder of Cornerstone Resources [Canada].

Some back-up to what was posted.
Cornerstone owns 15% of the Cascabel, Ecuador licence whilst Solgold owns 85% of ENSA.
DGR Global has a stake in Solgold and so does Cornerstone Resources.
