I believe the main problem with the product is, that the client needs to do to much work to make it viable. It's not a buy and away you go solution. Clients then have to go and get all their own content, (thats not already freely available). In a world where everything is handed to you on a platter, we are behind the 8 ball. Then the major problem with this is, we don't have the where with all or the money to offer a complete solution.

I think we will shortly be heading round the round-about again, with new names and new awesome deals, that we have no idea what was signed off on. To many people here pretend to know what is signed off in the current deals, unless you signed the deal you have no idea what our contracts say other than the shiny bits we are shown, which mean nothing without the context of the rest of the contract.
