O.k, Ive digressed here. But honestly its not about being in "good personal shape", or putting options together or whatever. I lost my job, a bit stressful, but got another. Maintained my health and wellbeing throughout. I was well renumerated for my time.

yes I could. You see my point? People are not happy, and the big boys are not taking even the redumentary steps to alleviate that situation.

Instead you get some phony speaking to you in extremely condescending tones asking "are you o.k?", and unconvincing statements on how important the mental health of employees is to Rio Tinto blahahaha.

Could elements of that potential situation be changed easily. Yes.

This is about broken systems and mismanagement.

Ill leave it alone for a while.
