yes, i agree from my somewhat limited research. they all seem to claim it in these close battles, the yanks included.

if the guy on the left gets in （guy claiming）then its pretty much status quo unless he starts doing backflips as he was hand picked by the incumbent.

But the guy on the right will be good for us, but creates problems/deep resentment from the poor...

so both candidates have + and -
I read this was going to take a few weeks to sort out, so no clarity just yet, but i dont feel like this will be mass roits. Things improving in Equador it seems.
