Saw this coming and IMO the offer is a little cheap, that being said now they get leverage to the whole project as they will own SOLG.
No brainer when you look at the nom holdings. They would be stupid not to take the offer, I was always thinking SOLG would buy out their royalty first then take the whole company. Interesting weeks to come .
