Hi PB ,

Cornerstone have a few properties in the south but NONE with any great prospects other than the JV with STM just a bit of gold and poorly explored mostly because in the early days they had NO capital to do it with.

You might  remember that they were going to spin off all of their properties into another entity other than  Cascabel which was going to be held in another separate setup including ENSA .

But because they could get little or NO interest in the spinout  after a lot of hype (buyers perceived little or NO value in the Permits ) they abandoned the Spinout and it was reported that the reason it was abandoned was they could get NO takers.

NM was very aware of the dilemma that this left CGP in as it would have put them on a better financial footing than they were but now they are caught up in this latest merry go round with SOLG and are looking like they are in a weak bargaining position.
Probably say well played NM but I for one think he is a bit light on the offer, CGP is worth more.

Tough times ahead for CGP lets hope the STM / CGP JV gets the drilling permit for Bramederos they have waited a year for next week because the  Project has very good potential some say might not be quite as good as Cascabel but not TOO SHABBY either.
