I agree that NM is no Messiah but I believe we need him, he has big $$$$$ invested here of his own coin and he is respected by his fellow Board Members from my observations, on the three occasions I have seen him at conferences and spoken with Staff and Board Members from AJQ, DGR, DHR, SOLG and ANW. He is well spoken, calm and a sound leader who has the runs on the board with previous successes. I am not here to protect him but I will back him for leadership and on the big scale of things, his remuneration package is not OTT. Karl S should be granted a Medal for the amount of hours he puts in as Secretary for all the subs and part time Directorships. GLTA. Time will tell.
