Observation:
2Luke, HotCopper kindly provided the details of the article: "From Zero to Hero"-Mining Journal of yesterday. [See his post on DGR or under his posting history]

From this said article, we are told that Rio Tinto also visited Cascabel, Ecuador [Solgold]. Therefore, we need to know the rationale of Rio Tinto to g r e e n f i e l d  Tier 1 assets especially in the resources that they specialise in eg copper etc.

We also need to check BHP Billiton*s stance. I have already posted it under HotCopper title: Copper and within it, a authoratative article by Financial Times of London.

They appear to converge in their views.  Therefore, one can conclude that is m a r k e t   i n t e l l i g e n c e given it is from the horse*s mouths.

For both DGR Global and Solg the sub, Cascabel [85% of ENSA] represents a Tier 1 opportunity. [See what Nicholas Mather himself says of this asset in the said Mining Journal article].

We await developments as to  what will be the pathway for this said copper-gold Tier 1 project.
