Attended AGM and it was very casual and relaxed. The big boss was in London and Karl ran the show. Presentation was a bit different than the usual slides and very interesting. Discussions about fair option strike price (very debatable) but Karl tried to explain how they came up with 20 cts, same as Tribeca convs.

Tribeca can convert convs any time (but will probably only do it if SP hits 20 cts), on the other hand we also can repay them if we want and have the money available. Tribeca is also allowed to buy shs on market (wouldn't that be a vote of confidence). The board will try to get SP closer to NTA, but this will only happen if we get corp activity around SOLG.

Talking about dead horses, our Dark one is alive and kicking. Bought a few yesterday and hopefully can ride into good results from Argentina.
