Before the opening an order for 700K at 0.11 appeared and then was pulled
DGR is being manipulated. Having said that most stocks on the ASX are manipulated using BOTs, presenting and pulling orders, stacking the buy or sell side then pulling those orders at the close. selling into the buy with a small volume. I have witnessed all these wrt DGR since we hit 0.165 earlier this year. The most effective form of manipulation for small stocks are the mind games played in share forums. There is no check on the disclosure status of posters and false sentiment can be declared. A negative poster who says they hold may in fact not hold. They may declare their sentiment as hold but may in fact be buying into the negative mind set they are helping create. If they are clever they may be running a BOT at the same time and manipulating the price down.
Maybe the shares sold at the opening were a transfer between 2 related parties as SEMs suggested.
I would be deeply concerned if directors were selling to buy options especially as the CEO and chairman have expressed frustration at the massive discount the shares trade at to NTA which is only a base line value far short of the intrinsic value of DGR.
It is in the boards interest to get the price up. If we were trading at 0.25 then Tribeca would have had to pay 0.30-0.35. The endless under pricing has resulted in a greater dilution than was necessary over the years. Even NM would have been granted his latest options at a price above 0.20.
I look at ASN which has increased by 400% in a short period and has a higher price than DGR. I am delighted as I hold long term but the stock is very speculative and doesn't hold a candle to DGR.
Some anti punter product has been sprayed over DGR. We are an exuberance free zone.
Stay the course. Traders and merchants of despair can only hold a stellar stock down in the short term. I remember the many years when the stock couldn't get above 0.05.
