You are on the money IMO . NCM will no doubt top up to 19.99% and by the way the sp has been pushed down i'm tipping it will be done very soon at close 30p. IMO
DGR has just freed up $$$ from notes so this may be part of the grand plan... soon see but either way I reckon DGR will loose a little bit more of its % in SOLG.
