Waiken, as you know I have serious issues with the way DGR has been and still is being run by NM and directors. You have indicated that you are/were a very large holder, in top 31.

What are your thoughts as to the benefits of holding in DGR which owns approx 13% of SOLG? Should an actual takeover of SOLG be achieved at levels suggested, i,e., btw 50 -100 pence, will the shareholders of DGR actually get a significant increase in the value of its shares and what dividends may result? I have owned over a considerable period of time and am worried that we will have a repeat of our previously sold company where DGR shareholders got a small fraction (1.5cps) to then see our DGR share value drop off 50%, costing me tens of thousands of dollars from my holdings. We seem to be on the verge of something big and yet our share value continues to drop while NM increases his holdings and sells large slices of SOLG and DGR at significantly lesser prices causing further dilution to rest of shareholders. Can you imagine what shareholders in larger companies such as BHP, Newcrest, Myers, etc would do if this occurred....total rebellion and class actions to sue.

Your thoughts on this would be appreciated!
