Like I said a few months ago SOLG sp will be pushed down and the spin off of cornerstone will get taken out because its intrinsic value will become juicy. For me its either this or the financial demand of the contract to keep up payments as SOLG moves to BFS will become such a burden they will sell their stake back to SOLG.
IMO just guessing.
DGR on the other hand are free carried, as such so I dont see them as a takeover target.
