DGRs price has been coupled to SOLGs price for a long time.
The big price increase on well above average daily volume in SOLG last night indicates a rerate of SOLG. I predict the price will exceed 60p which is the exercise price of the recent granted options. Positive factors are :
1 The shortfall of new copper supply to meet growing demand for Copper as alluded to by SOL1. My NZ broker had a meeting yesterday with Kerr Nielsen of the Platinum Fund who said demand for the EV metals has been grossly underestimated. He predicts like most new technology the EV uptake will be far quicker than predicted and by 2025 nearly all new vehicles will be EV or hybrid.
2 Jason ward of SOLG has revealed numerous expressions of interest in SOLG and or its Cascabel project by major miners. The SOLG forum is buzzing with takeover rumours.
3 The SOLG MRE at Alpala is world class and increased drilling has been in place since then. The Aguinaga target nearby could double this resource.
4 SOLG has nearly 80 other targets in Ecuador. I read they have the biggest collection of tenements in Ecuador. Sol1 may be able to confirm this.
I calculate the current NTA of DGR at 0.26 including unlisted subs. When SOLG reaches 60p the NTA of DGR will be 0.45.
DGRs holding in SOLG alone is today worth 99 mill which is readily tradeable. Few junior or even mid tier miners have that much liquid firepower available to their treasury.
DGRs other subs are all producing or proving up further resources. The stars are aligning.
The BOT operator/s and accumulators will be tested today. I predict they'll battle hard to hold the line at sub 0.10. They may be successful. They have been winning the psychological battle so far.
