SP ANGEL, Solgold*s broker has commented on the above ANN.

SOLGOLD - THE FUTURE?

The ALPALA target at Cascabel, N. Ecuador is now progressing as seen in the 6 June 2018 Announcement [Cannacord Genuity, Hannan & National Bank of Canada broker note as tweeted by Solgold]. The MRE dated 3 Jan 2018 is at 1.08Bt @0.68%Cu Eq. A further update of the MRE is also expected. PEA and PFS is also mentioned in the said Ann of 6.6.18

From the Solgold Presentation [London May 2018] at www.solgold.com.au/presentations/ one will note that it was stated that TREVINO & MORAN could d o u b l e that of Alpala. Trevino drilling has already started.

AGUINAGA is currently being drilled [test drill] of which the initial results have been given via the 6.6.18 Ann. Assays results are awaited for the lower part of these said 2 drill test holes. Aguinaga was said in earlier corp presentations to be similar to Alumbrera in Argentine. www.mining-technology.com/projects/bajo/ stated that "By June 2009, the mine*s reserve base totalled 338Mt proven grading 0.4% copper, 0.39% g/t gold and 0.013% Moly plus 10Mt probable ore reserves 0.33% copper, 0.3g/t gold & 0.015% Moly."

As I had said earlier, the said corporate presentation relating to modelling appears to show that TANDAYAMA AMERICA may be the next drill this year [mentioned in Ann but please check].

There are 15 targets at Cascabel, Ecuador - Solgold 85^%.

Comment:
So one awaits the MRE update and the results of the further test drills.

BHP put in an Investment Proposal on 10 October 2016 [see ANN on www.solgold.com.au ] without an Maiden Resource Statement [MRE]. In one article, it was said BHP wanted to know about 5 targets.

As, investors know, Newcrest in onboard with an investment etc at around that time.

In one article, it was mentioned that a deal will be done if the price is right [please check] and this is normal terminology. But what is right, one does not know as that is up to the management of Solgold.

If the major/s are not going to offer a right price, it may be possible that Solgold goes on to mine Cascabel. This is not new news.

It may be possible that the other properties 100% owned may be spun out in the same style as what Cornerstone Resources is attempting to do?

THE FUTURE
So, there are quite a few computations but NO ONE knoiws except the management as to what they intend to do. Nicholas Mather*s Linkedin [On open file] does say that he negotiates with govt, financial institutions etc so one is not privy to what is happening.

So, a few thoughts for discussion.

Investors can follow the Solgold story as we progress via RNS/ANN which will be fact.
