Actually trustees can be paid for their services as long as they are lawyers or accountants, Is that a reward for their engagement in tax minimization schemes sometimes bordering illegality? Or is that a recognition that the purpose of the law would be easily defeated by them with A lending his signature to the work done by B and B lending his to the work done by A?

I just raised these issues because I find them intellectual stimulating as the some involved was $250.00.
