Hi Infose,My understanding was that any payments to trustees are not on.
Remunerate can be interpreted in a number of ways.
But the ato is pretty clear about payment.

I vaguely remember problems such as yours forced me to separate the corporate trustees, but a long time ago, cant remember the details.
