Couldn't agree more and I am facing a similar position. Ultimately I take full responsibility for the investment decisions that I make, however my investment in YBR was based on the information that the company provided which was downright false or misleading. As TD points out, such ASIC reviews cannot be positive for YBR in the short term and even if it was I have lost faith in their management.

I hold very little hope for this stock in the near future, I am going to cop this one on the chin and turn it into a lesson learnt.
