Well as I read it the directors are going to sell their shares and shares from options to AWE at 42 cents.

The offer is final and won't be increased.

It appears that AWE is going to get control.

Insider options are some 6 million and Forcke has 3 million shares, Streitberg Family has 1.7 million plus 'sofisticayed' whatever from the cap raising so maybe another 10 million or so plus whatever the hedge funds dump as they now know they won't be getting a higher offer.

Do whatever you want.

Totally undervalued at 42 cents - I was hoping for at least another 10 cents on top of that....

I have better uses for my funds than to sit around and wait for AWE to buy up whatever I have on the market for however long it takes.

If you don't have any place better for the funds, maybe wait and see how many shares AWE picks up between now and the end of the offer and see what the situation would be like then.
