Well, not in my wildest dreams would I have thought that the ADI BOD would have sold for a stinky little two cent increase in the offer price.

IMO I thought that shareholders had been sold down the river by the target statement which grossly undervalued the ADI share price, but to sell out for a two cent increase is ridiculous.

As I stated that cap raising basically shot themselves in the foot.

We had better not see anyone of the current directors on the AWE board or any company contolled by AWE in the next five years.

The insiders get to exchange the options for shares and sell them for a neat profit for themselves.

IMO shareholders get the shaft.

AWE would get control.

And by the way, I'm gone from ADI.
