Don't mean to be a wet blanket but a similar thing happened a while back where some group pumped up the price on minimal volumes across the two exchanges and then dumped it. This time there is a least some reason (i.e. government subsidies), but doesn't mean that whoever did it last time is being opportunistic. Not sure if the subsidies imply a 100% gain, especially as they have only three retail outlets. There other line of business is still struggling.

Either way, its going to be a while before the subsidies impact SOOs bottom line.
