    Hi jonesr, If you are getting any rebate from the retailer,( for example Energy Aust.are paying .076 cents per kWh) then you will need an import export meter which is a digital meter that displays kWh that you use coming in from the grid and kWh that you are putting back into the grid.You have to have this meter whether you like it or not.
