The company results of next week should be interesting and indicate company momentum. In regards to solar installations I have understood that one NSW (govt)energy franchise is receiving at least 3000 applications a month (to supply back into network) for solar installations. This is an amazing upward trend. At 3000 a month it would take a 100 installations a day just for this (govt)franchise area. No wonder there is a backlog of installations and panel & inverters are in short supply. The increase in power prices & generous tariff returns are helping to drive demand. It will be interesting to hear how the CBD inverter business is progressing as well as the progress in the wind farm projects etc.
