The decision of Jagot J in the challenge by Perpetual was that the cross shareholding was not oppressive to minority shareholders. It was not concerned with a proposal for an in specie distribution of BKW's shareholding in SOL.Anyway, I was simply putting forward an idea for discussion, given that is what HC is all about, and was a bit surprised at the hostility of your second sentence. I always thought shareholders were allowed to have a say.
