My take. I think NHC have gone through the big change but concur about TPG being in the middle of a huge wave and hope they dont get 'dumped'. But as you say the management there are top shelf.smart and agile.
NHC dont owe SOL anything. + they have a huge amount of cash in bank, and Sol would be free carried (for years) on that one.I say that because i was given NHC @ .40 from SOL a long time ago and have been payed something along the lines of $14k for the $ 2.5K i paid out. Thats is just from memory, of course in hindsight i should have sold all @ $5.oo odd. i dont dwell on that.
The peer to peer transfer of energy is just around the corner and happening now in a feew small developments and battery storage getting cheaper and cheaper (this is where i see NVX benefiting) along with the infrastructure/housing/industrial roll out with SOL/BKW/URB a very exciting future to me.
Of course all these developments need telephonic and web support.=TPG The more I think about it the more it appears to be a no-brainer.

And as to PEA they are providing power onsite from 'waste' and feedingselling it directly to the customer would you classify this as P-P ?
PEA also starting to play in the battery market. I thought PEA were quite up on the new techs available in the NEM.
