the proof is in the the pudding, when i heard about this acquistion and using technology in a traditional industry i was interested. I like those type of market disrupters.

Calling around i have heard they have put away the capital raise already, so when you cant get your hands on it is usually a positive sign.

Don't be fooled by what is advertised now, the real hardwork and marketing starts after the acquisition is done , no point showing all your cards before that is completed. Will be interseting to see when it comes back on the boards the demand for the stock
