Guys I hear you, Lat had to take some humble pie here, my main ping on this the asian online scene's very competitive, migs not the only player here by quite a few companies and they are really quite singular in their market space still - if the merger goes through there'll be a billion shares by 25 mill mc, I'd say buy but wait for the better value at 2 best case, id go in at 3.5.
