I might argue about them being global as their overseas sales are very small compared to what they promised, but I do agree with the use of social media. In my opinion they should have started this a long time ago but for some reason they have seemed more focused on spending money on promoting factory openings or product launches to government bureaucrats who don't give a toss and people who are already aware of it. Just my opinion but that's just feeding Sexton's ego, not actually promoting the business or products as they needed to be.
