The allegations get worse. I thought removing and re-writing unfavourable reviews was bad enough.
Selling user information (not just an email address, but ailments and personal details) to lawyers is dodgy as.
HealthEngine will struggle to win back any credibility.
On another note the ABC have been publishing some really in depth, investigative news articles on some unsavoury practices that listed and unlisted companies do that the public should know about.
