Yes I think you are right about news coming... Magna wouldn't be increasing their stake risking millions if they anticipated this not to be a commercial success.

As for the oppies maybe some LT holders that do not watch the share price have just realised there is a market for them at these price levels. It is unusual for them to put them up all at once IMO. Most of the selling I have seen over the months has been in smaller 250K parcels now they are outwardly showing 1 million plus parcels.

I wonder if that buyer at 1 cent will get their fill. High probability if the option seller is desperate like today throwing them away at 1.1 cents.
