I think some people are being distracted by the Limo business.
If they are successful with these takeovers, the Limo business will undoubtedly be hived off at some stage, and appropriate management brought in to run the combined mining entities.
Anyhow, while it's looking promising for WNI, Brockman's brilliant rearguard action with the Takeovers Panel might still win the war for them.
