i was told just administrative delays; that starting drilling is not as simple as just taking the rigs off the boat at port and driving them up to the site

they need approvals from the various provincial administrators so it sounds like it is taking longer than expected

apart from that, everything sounded fine to me; just business as usual; just a few delays

i trust the drilling will start soon
