I'm expecting Stokes to launch a buyout some time this year.

He sold Vivid Wireless to Optus recently for a nice chunk of change and it makes sense for him to be looking at his next acquisition.

I also think he will want to launch a bid before this thing really gets moving and the price gets away from him.

As long as his offer appeals to the top 20 holders, he is pretty much home and hosed as they hold around 80% of the stock and a few of the minnows are bound to sell into a decent offer also.

Could happen sooner rather than later.
