Respectfully, KS and all there other "rich" are so because they have invested better than we have. We/I can complain all we like but the fact of the matter is we/I am with them because they are shrewder business people than we are. How do we benefit from a buy-out, that all depends on what your average IOH share cost is and what (hopefully) your profit will be.

Ya, longer term its conceivable that the SP could be $10, $15 or even $20/share but we are the minnows. But yes, they could announce a buy-out any time, just do your numbers and be ready to hang your hat on a value. Best of luck and I hope you, I and all the other IOH holders can make some good cash from a TA and achieve some of our dreams...
